01
The waste paper arriving at the warehouse of the company is unpacked, separated from foreign inclusions, and then the waste paper is subjected to grinding in the presence of water in continuous grinding machines; then the ground fibrous materials are mixed in a certain proportion.
02
The process of preparing paper pulp goes through 5 stages:
Waste is removed; waste paper is mixed with water and crushed to obtain a suspension. The latter contains fibers and unbroken particles of waste paper.
Sorting is a removal of large heavy contaminants such as stones, metal, glass, as well as pre-release of residual bundles of fibers, reliable removal of light contaminants, including foam.
Next, the mass is subjected to fractionation, i.e. the separation into short and long fractions.
Long fiber fraction to prefer homogenizing and increase the strength of the paper web is subjected to grinding.
Removal of small contaminants such as sand, foam plastic, as well as complete repulping of fiber bundles. Precision cleaning is performed with a set of equipment that provides manufacturing of paper and cardboard with stable characteristics.
03
The process of paper and cardboard production uses chemicals to impart products with stiffness and strength characteristics, hydrophobic properties, increase the degree of dehydration, reduce bacterial contamination of the system, purify water, and also for retention of fiber on the Fourdrinier.
The chemicals used in the production process are absolutely safe, what is confirmed by expert opinion on the conformity of products with uniform sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements.
04
Paper pulp enters the headbox of the paper machine and is evenly fed to the fourdrinier, on which the forming and primary dehydration of the paper web is performed up to dryness of 20% using the modern design of the equipment.
05
The press section is intended to further dehydrate the paper web to dryness of 50% by pressing the paper supported by the cloth between the pressing calenders. The press section consists of two presses.
06
The paper web passes through drying cylinders where steam is supplied, due to which the paper is heated, and moisture is evaporated.
After the drying part of the PM, a scanning device is installed to control the mass of 1 m2 and the humidity of the paper web.
The finished paper web with a moisture content of 7% comes to the reel section, where it is wound onto a reel spool.
07
Paper products are fed after the reel section to a slitting machine (SM) where a roll is cut into specified formats.
The resulting rolls are packaged, weighed and labeled. Readily packed rolls with labels are moved to the finished product warehouse.
Our company pays particular attention to the quality of the products.
Our own testing laboratories continuously monitor and improve the quality of the products at all stages of the production. All this ensures high consumer properties and manufacturability of cardboard and paper recycling of JSC “Yaroslavskaya Bumaga”.
We produce paper and cardboard from 100% recycled materials
